isimagefile

**Syntax:** :code:`isimagefile(filename, result)`

Checks if a file with given name is an image file.

.. note::
	In Python/pi2py2, the result parameter is not specified, but the test result is returned as a boolean return value.


This command can be used in the distributed processing mode, but it does not participate in distributed processing.

Arguments
---------

filename [input]
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

**Data type:** string

Name of image file.

result [input]
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

**Data type:** uint8 image

Set to 1 if the given file name is a readable image file, and to 0 otherwise.
